Green Lake and Widbey Island

We are a little bummed that we barely found out about the gorgeous Green Lake in Seattle.
The name makes me think of a mosquito infested body of water but it's Heaven on Earth.

He loves to walk when your holding his hands....it's work in progress.Check out the geese and baby geese(is there a separate name for a baby goose?) The were as big a regular duck and still had their baby downess instead of feathers.
On the ferry over to Whidbey Island for Chris to take pictures of a family Statton got to sit on Daddy's lap and drive..

and then eat the steering wheel

Happy boy!!

So the other day Statton was sitting playing with his toys. I walked around the corner to seea cute little "plummers" crack starring back at me. I said, "Statt are you going to be Plummer?" He giggle and clapped his hand becasue well that's what he does when ever you say anything to him in a high pitched funny voice. Any way I grabbed something from our porch and came back inside. To see he was a little impatient with the fact he didn't have my undivided attention. (This phase when they cry when you walk out if the room is super fun) While bending over to pick him up I got this view.....

a little turd that shot straight up his diaper and out the crack... what to do? The only camera close enough would be my phone and I just had to document this, to show Chris the fun adventure we have while he is at work.

One last trip to PHX

We took a trip to AZ to pick out our carpet and colors for the house. This was our last trip to Phoenix before we move and it makes us so happy to think that every vacation from here on out won't be to Phoenix, AZ.
While we were there Grace celebrated her 3rd birthday at Railroad park in Scottsdale. It was the perfect day .
And this is for the Grandparents. All five Grand kids, I'm thinking maybe in the future we'll get a better picture but for now here they are. Ella's crawling away and Statton is eating trash..

open mouth kisses for her cousin

It was a lady bug theme party. Statt's holding one of the many lady bug balls. They even had lady bug tattoos, and yes great grandma was sporting one too.

Doesn't he look angry....

Grangie (great Aunt Angie) & Statton

Grandma Sharon & Miss gorgeous Jessica

Swimming at grandma and Grandpa's house. The pool was too "cold", so they swam in the hot tub.

Statton didn't mind his feet in the water but didn't like the actual swimming part.

Morning moments with Grandpa. These two make quite a pair both early birds.
